Crow Garlic(Allium vineale) This leafy herb is very similar to chives but contains more fiber.
Chop very fine using a sharp knife or scissors and use in the same way you would use chives. Try blitzing with oil or vinegar in a blender. I strongly recommend chopping the long leaves into ½ inch pieces or smaller before blending in your blender (the long leaves can become tangled in the blade and they are difficult to remove!). Leave the mix to infuse for at least an hour before using. You can strain the liquid through a sieve and use for dressing salads. The remaining pulp can be used to coat vegetables before roasting.
